Overview[]
Disarm (also known as POW down), is a status effect inflicted by skills that cripple the enemy.
It lowers the target's 
Power by a certain amount for a certain number of turns. This results in the target's skills dealing less Damage. The severity of Disarm can be countered with 
Power Up, which can sum up in overall Power up or Power down depending on the power of the two statuses.
The target will only be inflicted with the Disarm status if they take Damage from the skill inflicting it.

Disarm has no effect to skills (or part of skills) that are not affected by Power, such as Barrage's residual hits and Earthquake.- An entity can technically have negative Power if the power of Disarm surpasses the target's total Power. This is purely on the technical standpoint and skills will continue to deal Damage as long as it has enough Power.
