Overview
Dull Rapier is one of 10 unique skills that can be learned from Frogidi's Fortunes.
Dull Rapier has 17 alternative colors which change the hue of the blade and the trail from it. Light Grey is not a possible color.
The timing for the Action Command is about the moment the rapier is raised before contact to the target.
Succeeding the Action Command performs a 'Critical!' hit, increasing the amount of 
Damage dealt.
Usage
Dull Rapier deals a good amount of Damage to one enemy in addition to having 
2 Defense piercing.
Compared to the other 
2 SP cost Frogidi's Fortune skills: Savage Hit and Barrage, Dull Rapier similar Damage to Savage Hit, but much less total Damage than Barrage.
Dull Rapier is comparable to Tough Evil Impact in Damage, with the Dull Rapier dealing essentially 8 Damage to a 2 Defense enemy, while Tough Evil Impact will deal 8 Damage to a no Defense enemy (both without Damage increases).
The Defense piercing of the Dull Rapier makes it best used against enemies with 2+ Defense, effectively increasing it by 2 Damage, but much less useful against no Defense enemies as other skills can substitute in.
Against 
Corruption 1-2 enemies, the enemy will all have at least 1 or 2 Defense, making Dull Rapier a cost effective skill for dealing the same Damage.
Against Corruption 3 Enemies Dull Raiper Will Still Do Very Decent Damage With An Enemy Having 3 Defense Or More.

- Dull Rapier used to deal
5 Damage on 'Critical!' with 2 Defense piercing and costed 1 SP, but this was changed in v1.1.0 to the current stats due it always being the first pick against targets with Defense.
