Farmer Carson is a *farmer* you can find in mellow ranch. It is nearby mellow meadows. When you talk to him, he will give you a quest: Flower Hunt Side Mission Asking you to defeat *unknown number* flowers in his farm. That will be your side quest. After you defeated enough, you return back to him and he will give you a Regain Power. If you sold the power, you can always talk back to him and buy a new regain power for 40 Cents.
