Frogidi's Fortunes is a building located in Frogville that sits between Hoppella's Inn and Big T's Gear Shop. It is represented by a fortune-telling crystal.
Within this building, players can speak to Frogidi in order to learn up to 10 new Skills in exchange for 
Tokens. Players can learn a random skill for 10 Tokens each, and alternatively players can spend 100 Tokens to learn 10 random skills at once.
There are 10 available skills that can be acquired from Frogidi's Fortunes. After all skills are acquired, players can continue spending Tokens in order to acquire different colors for any of the 10 skills that have them available.
