Overview
Stun is a status effect inflicted by skills that concusses the target.
It prevents players from using skills, using items, running, and jumping. On enemies it prevents them from attacking or using items. The status lasts for a certain amount of turns until it dissipates by itself. Once the status has lapsed the target will receive the Stun Guard status for 3 turns, which gives immunity to
Stun and
Stuck until the
Stun Guard lapses.
The target will only be inflicted with the Stun status if they take
Damage from the skill inflicting it. Players can prevent being stunned with a well timed block.

Notes
Stun is comparable to
Stuck in terms of functionality. However,
Stun prevents the target from blocking and using items, while
Stuck does not. Therefore, it's recommended to use
Stun on humanoid enemies over
Stuck.
