Overview
The Bandit King is the first mini-boss the player will encounter. He is located in the Hidden Woods where his secret lair resides.
The Bandit King is a giant humanoid who is the leader of the Bandits and Burglars, signified by his similar aesthetics complete with crown.
Under normal circumstances, it is accompanied by Hidden Woods enemies (Bandits and Burglars) with quantity depending on leader's level.

Strategy
Note: Unless stated, these strategies assume that none of the enemies are Corrupted.
Fighting The Bandit King is a relatively straight-forward task after the Bandits and Burglars are eliminated. From there, it's just a matter of dodging or blocking his attacks in order to stay alive.
As with all battles, the most effective way to defeat The Bandit King is with a team of four players. In the first turn, two players use Fiery Explosion (both must be 'Critical!') to clear out the Bandits and Burglars while dealing damage to The Bandit King. The other two can use Dull Rapier to whittle down The Bandit King. On the second turn, every player can use Dull Rapier to end the battle.
Alternatively, Giant Crowbar and Evil Impact can substitute for Fiery Explosion and Dull Rapier in this strategy respectively.
For an even faster strategy, the leader player can use Tough Stone Arm to reduce The Bandit King's Defense, two players use Barrage, on The Bandit King, and one uses Stunning Giant Crowbar to wipe out the Bandits and Burglars. This allows the fight to be completed on the first turn.
Alternatively, using three Stunning Evil Impacts can substitute for Stone Arm and Barrage, though it is less SP efficient.
Against the Corrupted Bandit King, the Stone Arm does not reduce his Defense enough to be vulnerable to Barrage. Following the first strategy listed would be advised.
If any of the Bandits and Burglars are Corrupted, Fiery Explosion or Giant Crowbar can be used by one more player or to use Dull Rapier on them before The Bandit King.
Tips
- The Corrupted Bandit King Cloak is highly valued by many players, so it is typical to see them occupying The Bandit King's room in nearly every server. This may prove beneficial to newer players looking to just defeat The Bandit King once for the Main Mission by being aided by them.
Trivia
- The Bandit King is the first mini-boss the player encounters as part of the Main Missions.
- The Bandit King is the only enemy that holds a dialogue conversation towards the player.
- The only other enemy that might qualify would be Bedrock, whom only speaks for triggering its Boss Cheat.
- The Bandit King does not have a flinch animation from damage over time statuses.
- This is likely due to his size, making him prone to fall over otherwise.
